1. Go To Saint John

"Two thirds of St. John is a U.S. National Park, and here you see what the world is like when nature takes care of itself. Snorkel

"Snorkeling on St John is completely safe. Thousands of people every year explore the coral reef. Sharks are not a threat to snorkelers. When snorkeling there are two things you need to be aware of: currents and sea urchins."

-Snorkeling at Cinnamon Bay

"Cinnamon bay is patch reef and colonized hard pavement. If you snorkel out to Cinnamon Cay you will find boulders colonized by a variety of coral and sponges."

-Snorkeling at Water lemon Cay

"Water Lemon is a great place to explore because of the little cay itself with its sandy beach and the incredible marine life found there. Look for sea cucumbers and sea stars - commonly known as star fish."

-Snorkeling at Salt Pond Bay

"Salt Pond has some great snorkeling. If you brave the ride, past Coral Bay, try snorkeling the left and right sides of the bay or the rock island far off the beach."

“Dollar Bus” to Red Hook: Cost is $2 pp one-way

If Docked at Havensight Pier: Bus Location is in front of the K-mart.. When you get off the ship you just walk straight onto Rumer Dr.The K-Mart is on your left.

However the road there is currently having construction work done so its only one way, so you have to walk passed K-mart to the Hospital to catch public transportation heading east... at least until the road work is completed. WICO Dock (or Havensight Dock) is by A, Lockart Gardens Shopping Center is where K-mart is located - red roof buildings by B, the large white roof building behind C is the hospital. If you zoom into C you will see the little covered bus stop area by the small white roof on the roadside. At K-mart there isn't a covered bus stop, but I think there is a bus stop sign... at least on one side of the road there is. To head east front in front of Kmart you have to be on the K-mart side of the road, but as mentioned the road is one way right now in the opposite direction because of road work. From in front of the Hospital heading east you need to be at the covered bus stop side of the road.

If Docked at Crown Bay: The red roof buildings by A is Crown Bay Dock/Shopping Area. To catch the 'dollar ride' from Crown Bay you'd have to walk out to Rte. 30, the road in front of the buildings with the blue roofs (that is Nisky Shopping Center). You need to be on the side of the road opposite the shopping center to catch a 'dollar ride' heading East. There is a bus stop sign along that road in one or two spots, one sort of where B is located. You'd need to catch a dollar ride going East - to Red Hook.
